Size, service, add-ons, pets, and how we get in. Booking takes a couple of minutes, and you see the price before you pay.
We schedule the visit
Pick any day that suits you, weekends included. A single clean is booked for that date. A membership places two visits inside every billing period.
You come home to a clean place
Paid online when you book, so there is nothing to arrange and nothing to negotiate at the door. Book again whenever you like, or put it on a membership so you never have to.

Three cleans, whichever kind of home.
Apartment rates are published, so you can book and pay online. Houses are quoted by square footage, because a range wide enough to be safe would tell you nothing.
Standard

The regular upkeep clean: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and trash throughout.
Deep Clean
from $160
A reset for a place that has not been cleaned in a while. Baseboards, buildup, and detail work, plus inside the fridge and the cabinet interiors at no extra charge.
Move In & Out
from $209
An empty-unit clean, whether you are handing the keys back or picking them up. Aimed at the condition a leasing office inspects against, with every add-on included.
