How we price it
Three things set the number.
Tell us about them and you get a real price rather than a range. No walkthrough needed, and nothing changes once we arrive.
Square footage
The biggest factor. A 1,400 square foot house and a 3,200 square foot house are not the same job, and the price should say so.
Layout and floors
Stairs, split levels, and long runs of hard floor all add time, and so does five bathrooms against two.
How it has been kept
A house cleaned every few weeks is a different job from one that has not been done in a year. We would rather ask than guess.
What a clean covers
Every room, every time.
Deep cleans add baseboards, buildup, and detail work on top. Move in and out is aimed at the condition an inspection is held against.
